NetSuite ERP Consultant

Description

The Luxent NetSuite ERP Consultant works with a team to implement and optimize NetSuite cloud ERP software for Luxent's clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, meeting with clients to understand their business environment and how NetSuite can best be deployed, designing optimal solutions on the NetSuite platform, executing the solution design via native configuration and the NetSuite toolset, supporting and enabling clients' adoption of the new software, and continuing to enhance and optimize clients' ongoing use of NetSuite.

The Luxent NetSuite ERP Consultant Will:

• Analyze client needs and requirements, with respect to their current or prospective use of the NetSuite ERP platform
• Document business process, functional and/or technical requirements, findings and recommendations
• Design and configure/develop effective, efficient and appropriate solutions to client issues and requirements
• Advise clients on the pros and cons of the possible ways that NetSuite could be utilized to meet stated objectives
• Guide and teach client staff on the use of NetSuite
• Find and implement new ways to constantly improve client satisfaction, loyalty and system adoption
• Provide assistance to client staff when they encounter issues or problems with NetSuite
• Support the efforts of Luxent Sales and Management to promote and grow the NetSuite practice
• Meet or exceed revenue or utilization targets
• Effectively communicate status of in flight projects and tasks assigned

Education

• Bachelor’s degree with 3+ years of work related experience

• Willingness to travel (travel will vary but typically will average about 30% over a year) 

• NetSuite consulting experience, either as an Implementation Consultant, Systems Accountant, Internal NetSuite Administrator/Project Lead or NetSuite developer
• Ability to setup, configure and understand the settings and options behind the NetSuite core modules of Financials, OneWorld, Inventory, CRM, SuiteAnalytics (Saved Searches, Reports, Financial Reports), Roles/Dashboards
• Understanding of relational databases and data migration

Great to Have

• Experience working with customers in the Manufacturing and Distribution industries
• Ability to write advanced saved searches using Oracle SQL syntax in formulae
• Experience with SuiteFlow development
• Experience with SuiteScript 1.0 or 2.0 development
• Experience with the NetSuite API and integration with external systems
• NetSuite SuiteFoundation, Administrator, Consultant or Developer Certification (or be able to demonstrate equivalent knowledge)
• Experience with additional NetSuite Modules such as Manufacturing, Advanced Projects, SuiteCommerce Advanced, Advanced Revenue Management, SuitePeople, Demand Planning etc.
• Professional or Industry Certification such as CPA, PMP, APICS, CISA, etc.
• Prior experience in a distribution, manufacturing or retail environment
• Prior experience in ERP training 

• Familiarity with multiple implementation standards and methodologies
